The consultant will present the company’s SAP Add-On product portfolio to clients and provide technical support during the sales process.

Responsibilities include conceptual consulting based on client needs, conducting feasibility studies, and implementing products in client systems.

The consultant will also work closely with the development team to enhance existing solutions.

Candidates should have experience in HCM/HR SLO and in-house consulting and development in SAP HCM.

Proficiency in SAP HCM areas like PA, PY, PT, and OM is required.

Experience in SAP implementations and project management is ideal.

The role requires extensive travel within the DACH region and fluency in German and English.

Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with a high degree of personal responsibility and customer focus.

ABAP development experience is a plus.
