The role involves being a reliable contact for key users and system managers at client sites.
Responsibilities include managing client-specific SAP HCM systems, analyzing and resolving reported issues, providing expert advice on SAP HCM solutions, and optimizing systems and processes in collaboration with clients.
Candidates should have completed a commercial vocational training, ideally with further training in personnel management, or possess a comparable qualification.
They should have extensive experience in payroll processing with SAP HCM and be familiar with the entire payroll process.
Initial project experience in implementing and developing SAP HCM applications or in application management is required.
The ability to handle payroll schemas and calculation rules is necessary.
Basic knowledge of the ABAP programming language is desirable.
Candidates should be ready to take responsibility and enjoy teamwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities are essential.
