Expertise in SAP PA, PY, PT modules, and SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, is required.
Experience in presales, project acquisition, and project management is essential.
Strong communication skills, service orientation, and analytical thinking are necessary.
Proficiency in German and English and willingness to travel up to 30% are required.
