The company is seeking a Senior Service Execution Specialist for SAP ECS – Enhanced Operations Service.
This role involves safeguarding and optimizing strategic customers’ investments in SAP Enterprise Cloud Services.
The candidate will ensure the execution of planned changes, respond quickly to customer service requests, and drive initiatives to improve customer operations.
Responsibilities include analyzing customer feedback, coordinating work between teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires strong collaboration skills and a focus on process improvement and automation.
Candidates should have extensive experience in SAP technologies, such as SAP Basis, HANA DB, and server management.
A background in project management and critical situation handling is essential.
The role demands hands-on experience with SAP NetWeaver, Business Objects, and SAP HANA.
Experience with managed or hosting services, SAP Private Cloud, or Public Cloud operations is advantageous.
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with 8 to 12 years of relevant work experience.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams.
Proficiency in technical documentation and knowledge-based asset creation is necessary.
Familiarity with the ITIL framework and cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform is preferred.
The position is based in Toronto, with minimal travel expected.
