The company is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join its Consulting team in Naples.
The role involves providing HR consultancy for implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite.
The consultant will analyze and configure HCM modules, guide clients in defining processes and requirements, and support pre-sales activities.
Responsibilities include conducting workshops, preparing functional analyses for complex projects, ensuring software configuration aligns with client specifications, and collaborating with Project Managers on project plans.
The consultant will also mentor junior team members.
Candidates should have over five years of experience as an HCM Consultant in a consultancy firm.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science is required.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, fluency in English, and SAP SuccessFactors certification are essential.
Proficiency in Office Suite and programming languages like HTML and XML is needed.
The role demands strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills, along with the willingness to travel briefly within Italy.
Experience in significant SAP SuccessFactors configuration projects, public presentation skills, teamwork, leadership, flexibility, problem-solving, and stress management abilities are advantageous.
