The role involves delivering international projects by implementing various SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, and Performance Management.
The consultant will lead teams, provide coaching, and conduct client meetings to analyze business requirements and resolve gaps.
They will also develop end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions and provide functional and technical requirements for integrations with external HR applications.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
Professional experience as a SAP SuccessFactors system administrator is required.
Familiarity with agile development environments and methodologies like Scrum is essential.
Proficiency in Office tools and technical tools such as HTML and APIs is necessary.
Strong leadership skills and fluency in English are also required.
Preferred candidates will have over three years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including at least six end-to-end implementation projects.
SAP SuccessFactors certification and experience in a consulting firm are advantageous.
