The company is seeking a Senior SAP Service Management Consultant to join their team, focusing on digital transformation and optimization of value chains using SAP solutions.
The role involves process-oriented consulting to enhance clients’ service processes through SAP Service solutions, including design and implementation.
Key responsibilities include configuring SAP components such as S/4HANA Service, S/4HANA Cloud for Service, Field Service Management, and Plant Maintenance.
The consultant will also transition CRM and ERP functionalities into modern SAP service processes, conduct training and workshops, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Candidates should have a completed degree and at least three years of experience in consulting, particularly in process consulting or technical SAP service projects.
A passion for sales or service processes and their optimization is essential.
Expertise in implementing SAP solution components like S/4HANA Service, SAP SD, SAP CS, SAP PM, or SAP CRM is required.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, structured and independent work habits, analytical thinking, and strong team and communication skills.
The position offers full-time employment with 30 vacation days and requires fluency in German and English.
Flexibility and willingness to travel are necessary.
The role is based in Germany with hybrid work options, and a valid work permit is required.
