The company is seeking an SAP RAR Managing Consultant for its Professional Services department.
This remote role involves significant travel, estimated at 70-90%.
The consultant will support the Professional Services team in managing large, complex projects, focusing on transforming the Office of the CFO.
Key responsibilities include delivering professional services, managing project teams, and developing methodologies and tools to differentiate the company.
The consultant will also generate new business opportunities and manage a team through all phases of the technology lifecycle.
Candidates must have 6-8 years of experience with SAP FICO and SD modules, with a strong understanding of ECC and/or S4 ERP solutions.
They should possess knowledge of global business processes like Quote-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay.
Strong interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and presentation skills are essential.
Candidates should understand data management, governance, and compliance concepts, particularly ASC/IFRS requirements.
A bachelor’s degree and approximately 8 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 7 years of experience, are required.
A degree in computer science, accounting, or finance is preferred.
Candidates should have 5-7 years of SAP experience, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations.
Experience in project documentation, training, and management methodology is necessary.
Strong communication skills and prior consulting experience are required.
The role demands the ability to lead consulting teams and a willingness to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally.
A valid US driver’s license and passport are required.
