The role involves conducting customer workshops to understand business process requirements and advising on industry best practices.
The consultant will configure solutions, prepare functional specifications, and support development teams.
Responsibilities also include conducting testing, training, and supporting master data migration.
Candidates should have at least three years of experience in SAP IBP implementations and functional knowledge of the SAP IBP suite, including modules like IBP S&OP, IBP Demand, and IBP Inventory.
Experience with integration of other SAP solutions is advantageous.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Economics is required.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of business processes in planning and inventory management, along with experience in supply chain management, finance, or operations.
The role demands strong customer focus, adaptability, and the ability to work independently.
Good presentation and communication skills are essential, and experience in an international environment is preferred.
Proficiency in Romanian and English at a business professional level is required, with German being a plus.
The position requires readiness to travel within the EMEA region up to 80% of the time.
