Candidates should have several years of experience as an SAP FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance Consultant.
They must possess strong skills in process analysis, customization, and financial process implementation in SAP.
Experience in leading projects, particularly in SAP S/4HANA and classic SAP FI/CO contexts, is essential.
Excellent communication skills and experience advising clients at the management level are required.
The ability to work independently and manage project teams is crucial.
Ideally, candidates will have experience in S/4 projects and pre-projects, such as Fit-Gap workshops.
A business-oriented mindset and fluency in German, with good English skills, are necessary.
