The role involves leading complex software and transformation projects related to the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP S/4HANA transformations.
The candidate will be responsible for project planning, budget management, resource allocation, and achieving project goals.
They will also manage interdisciplinary teams and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders.
The role requires identifying risks, ensuring project quality, and contributing to the development of the business unit and portfolio.
The candidate will support sales processes and identify opportunities for ongoing customer project development.
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in IT project management, preferably in the SAP environment, and is skilled in both agile and traditional project management methodologies.
They should have a strong technical interest, experience managing international teams, and excellent communication skills.
The candidate should be comfortable taking on various roles, from strategic consulting to operational execution, and have an interest in modern approaches like DevSecOps and IT service management.
Fluency in German and English is required.
