Candidates should have extensive experience leading complex SAP implementation projects, preferably in the upper mid-market.
Experience with international multi-shore IT delivery models and organizations is essential.
A strong affinity for structure and methodical approaches, ideally with practical experience in SAP Activate methodologies, is required.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of service design, implementation, and operation, along with good knowledge of internal processes in an SAP consulting firm and IT service provider.
Proactivity, result-oriented thinking, excellent communication, and customer orientation are crucial.
Proficiency in German and English is necessary.
