The company is seeking a Senior Managing Consulting Deal Leader for SAP Finance to join their team in Germany.
The role involves driving revenue growth and achieving signing targets through strategic planning and execution of go-to-market strategies.
The candidate will collaborate with various departments to close successful deals and will be responsible for marketing, leading, and implementing offers with a deep understanding of SAP systems.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sales plans, leading negotiations, closing large deals, presenting solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The candidate will also lead a high-performing team of SAP consultants to deliver quality results on time and within budget.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, SAP migration scenarios, and cloud computing platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
Proficiency in agile methodologies is essential.
Preferred qualifications include significant experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance/Controlling, proven sales achievements, and strong negotiation skills.
The candidate should have a deep understanding of the sales process, project management experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in German and English is required, along with a willingness to work on-site with clients.
The role involves up to 80% travel, with a hybrid work arrangement.
