The company is seeking a Senior/Expert SAP QM Consultant for a full-time position in Eastern Europe.
The role involves engaging with business stakeholders to understand their quality management needs and translating them into SAP QM solutions.
The consultant will design and configure SAP QM processes, including quality planning, inspection, notifications, certificates, and control.
They will lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP QM, covering blueprinting, configuration, testing, user training, and go-live support.
Ensuring seamless integration of SAP QM with other modules such as MM, PP, and SD, as well as with non-SAP systems, is essential.
The consultant will provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and usability.
Preparing functional specifications, process documentation, and user manuals is required.
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, the consultant will offer insights on best practices and innovations in SAP QM.
Mentoring junior consultants and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives is also part of the role.
Candidates should have over 8 years of experience with SAP QM implementation and configuration, a strong understanding of SAP QM processes, and familiarity with integration points between SAP QM and other modules.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are necessary.
Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
Experience with SAP project lifecycle phases and the ability to lead and mentor junior team members are also important qualifications.
