Candidates should have a degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics, or a comparable qualification.
A certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals is required, along with extensive project and consulting experience.
Additional certifications in other SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Succession or Development, or comprehensive cross-module knowledge, are preferred.
Proficiency in translating customer requirements into SuccessFactors data models is essential.
Good German (B2 level or higher) and English skills are necessary.
