Candidates should have extensive project experience in hybrid system implementations and optimizations.
Deep knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors HCM data models is required, along with the ability to design ID concepts.
Proficiency in the Business Integration Builder and configuring mappings for organizational objects and personnel data is essential.
Familiarity with the ALE Framework and implementing cost center replication is needed.
Advanced skills in ABAP OO, BAdI implementation, and navigating the SAP Integration Suite are necessary.
Knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform and Cloud Foundry Runtime is beneficial.
Excellent German and ideally English language skills are required.
Strong teamwork, customer service orientation, and communication skills are essential.
Willingness to travel for projects is expected.
