The company seeks a Senior Consultant for SAP SuccessFactors/HCM to join their team in various locations, including Berlin, Düsseldorf, and Munich, with an option for remote work.
The role involves managing national and international projects focused on SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
The consultant will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from conception and process optimization to customization and user training.
They will develop management and IT concepts and provide advisory functions across the employee lifecycle.
The role also includes developing innovative integration scenarios tailored to client needs and driving the implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors systems.
Candidates should have a degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors or HCM.
Experience in Employee Central, Recruiting, LMS, or Time Tracking is preferred.
Familiarity with the On-Premise SAP ERP HCM Suite, integration scenarios, and an SAP certification in HCM or SuccessFactors is advantageous.
Project management expertise and experience in implementation projects are required.
Fluency in German and English is essential.
