The role involves managing HR technology projects and guiding clients through the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
The consultant will focus on Employee Central Payroll, dealing with personnel and organizational data, payroll, and related processes.
Responsibilities include strategic consulting, technical implementation, and continuous knowledge development in Human Capital topics.
The candidate will also mentor junior colleagues and support clients from proposal to successful go-live.
Networking with the international Deloitte community and contributing to internal knowledge building is expected.
Qualifications include a completed university degree, preferably related to HR or IT, and 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in IT implementation with a background in Employee Central Payroll, SAP HCM, or modern HR-IT systems like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle.
Candidates should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, structured work habits, and an understanding of complex issues.
Fluency in German and English and occasional travel readiness are required.
