Capgemini is seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP Sales & Distribution.
The role involves advising clients on redesigning, harmonizing, and optimizing sales processes using SAP products, with a focus on S/4HANA Sales.
Responsibilities include requirement analysis, process design, and implementation of Order-to-Cash processes.
The consultant will lead workshops, integrate SAP modules, and may take on team leadership or project management roles.
Internally, the consultant will contribute to proposal development and service portfolio enhancement.
Mentoring and coaching other consultants is also part of the role.
Candidates should have a degree in a technical, natural, or economic science field and at least five years of relevant project experience, preferably in SAP consulting.
Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and ERP implementation, particularly with agile methodologies, is required.
Experience in designing and configuring Order-to-Cash processes using S/4HANA Sales or SAP ERP SD/LE is essential.
Industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Automotive, Chemical/Life Science, or Consumer Products & Retail is preferred.
Fluency in German and English and willingness to travel during the week are necessary.
