The company is seeking a Senior Consultant SAP Retail to join their team at various locations in Germany, with an option for remote work.
The role involves working closely with clients to modernize business processes and integrate them into IT systems.
Key responsibilities include designing, harmonizing, and integrating business processes from procurement to logistics and omni-channel sales in an international context.
The consultant will develop solutions based on SAP for the retail and consumer goods industries, participate in planning and implementing transformation projects, and adapt innovative technologies like IoT and Machine Learning.
They will also manage project workshops using agile methodologies and prepare decision-making documents and presentations.
Candidates should have a degree in business, information systems, engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
They must have several years of experience in the retail and consumer goods industry in a consulting role, ideally within SAP projects.
Proficiency in SAP solutions specific to retail, such as S/4HANA for Merchandise Management, SAP CAR, and others, is required.
A strong understanding of the retail value chain, including assortment optimization, allocation, replenishment, promotion, and price management, is essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English are necessary.
The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with flexible monthly start dates.
