The company is seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP Customer Service.
The role involves comprehensive SAP CS process management, customization, and development, focusing on CS, S/4-Service, and FSM.
Responsibilities include planning, designing, and implementing SAP Customer Service solutions, handling change requests, and optimizing processes.
The consultant will advise clients on the feasibility of change requests and provide technical support.
They will also assist with S/4HANA implementations and transitions, offer user training, and support.
Candidates should have a completed IT education and several years of experience as an SAP Customer Service consultant, ideally with Field Service Management and C4S experience.
ABAP knowledge is advantageous, along with experience in on-premise and cloud systems and integration (EDI).
Proficiency in German and English is required, along with customer consulting and project management skills.
