The company is seeking a Senior Consultant SAP HCM to join their team.
The role involves advising and supporting clients in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing HR processes and SAP HCM systems.
The consultant will gather client requirements, provide expert advice, and train key users.
Responsibilities include leading and developing the existing team, participating in projects, and creating consulting solutions.
The role also involves troubleshooting and resolving issues in second and third-level support, as well as assisting in presales activities such as demos and webinars.
Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Experience in consulting, designing, and customizing SAP HCM is required.
Proficiency in one or more SAP HCM modules such as SAP PA, PY, OM, PT, PKP, FI-TV, ESS/MSS, and FIORI is necessary.
The ideal candidate should be open-minded, interested in innovations in HCM, and willing to engage with new solutions, including SAP Cloud topics and Scheer products.
Strong German and English language skills are essential.
Leadership qualities and a proactive work approach are also important.
