The position involves comprehensive system support and development of client-specific SAP HCM systems.
Responsibilities include independent problem analysis, development of tailored solutions, and advising key users on HCM application and configuration.
The role also involves optimizing SAP HCM systems based on defined service agreements.
Candidates should have significant project experience in implementing and developing SAP HCM applications for national and international clients or relevant experience in application management.
Extensive knowledge in at least one module, such as PY or PT, including schemas and calculation rules, is required.
Basic knowledge of the ABAP programming language is necessary.
Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
The role requires strong teamwork skills, customer and service orientation, and excellent communication abilities.
Willingness to travel occasionally is also needed.
