The company is seeking a Senior Consultant for SAP HCM to join their team in Essen or remotely within Germany.
The role involves providing consulting and support to new and existing clients, both remotely and on-site.
The consultant will adapt and enhance existing business processes and systems, specifically SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities include participating in and leading project components, developing innovative solutions, and delivering comprehensive consulting services.
The role also requires gathering client requirements, providing expert advice and training, and preparing and conducting workshops, testing phases, and presentations.
Additionally, the consultant will contribute to building the sales pipeline.
Candidates should have extensive experience in consulting and implementing SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.
Knowledge of SAP ABAP, UI5, and related technologies and architecture is required.
Experience with cloud solutions, such as SAP BTP, is also necessary.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of project management, a willingness to learn continuously, and proficiency in both German and English.
