Responsibilities include leading projects, conducting training and workshops, and providing ongoing support and optimization for clients’ HR-IT systems.
The position requires a degree in business informatics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.
Strong analytical skills, customer service orientation, and proficiency in German and English are essential.
The role involves travel for national and international projects.
