The role involves independently conducting workshops and analyzing customer requirements in customer service and maintenance.
The consultant will collaborate with experts to develop comprehensive solution architectures using SAP FSM, SAP Service Cloud, SAP CS/PM, S/4 HANA Service, and SAP BTP.
Responsibilities include configuring and extending SAP solutions, developing customers into Solution Owners, and ensuring successful go-live.
The consultant will occasionally coordinate with customers, partners, and the proaxia team as a project leader.
In presales, the consultant will support customer acquisition through demos and solution sketches.
The ideal candidate is passionate about consulting and has experience designing and implementing digital service and maintenance solutions with SAP.
Experience with SAP FSM, SAP Service Cloud, SAP CS/PM, or S/4 HANA Service is preferred.
