The company is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect & Advisor (CAA) for RISE with SAP in the MEE region.
The role involves supporting sales by providing technical expertise for RISE with SAP engagements.
The CAA will guide customers and internal teams on SAP’s private cloud offerings, assess technical feasibility, and transition requirements to delivery teams.
Key responsibilities include advising on S/4HANA private cloud architecture changes during sales cycles, change requests, and renewals.
Candidates should have a customer-facing mindset and strong communication skills.
A minimum of five years of customer-facing experience is required.
Expertise in SAP solutions in a cloud environment and knowledge of at least one hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are essential.
Understanding data center capabilities like high availability or disaster recovery is beneficial.
Familiarity with the entire platform stack and SAP technologies is important.
Skills in SAP HANA and S/4 HANA are advantageous, as is cybersecurity and compliance expertise.
The ideal candidate is self-sufficient, a strong team player, and willing to learn continuously.
Fluency in German and English is mandatory, with additional languages being an asset.
The position is part of the Cloud Architecture & Advisory team within the Enterprise Cloud Services organization, which focuses on the S/4HANA Private Cloud portfolio.
The role requires travel up to 50% and is based in Vienna, Austria.
