KPMG is seeking a Senior Associate for their SAP S4 Public Cloud Record to Report (R2R) team within the Advisory Services practice.
The role involves executing R2R workstreams in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud transformation programs, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Financial Close activities.
The candidate will support the mapping, design, and configuration of R2R business processes, ensuring alignment with standards.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure timely execution and support ERP optimization.
The role also includes contributing to team deliverables, innovation initiatives, and ERP discovery assessments.
The candidate will assist in business development efforts by contributing to proposal content and client presentations.
A minimum of three years of recent external management consulting experience focusing on finance transformation is required.
The candidate must have completed at least one full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation in the R2R domain.
A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is necessary.
Experience in supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations focused on Financials is essential.
Strong delivery execution skills in finance transformation programs are required.
The candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship.
