Consultants will integrate SAP TM with other SAP modules such as ERP, EWM, GTS, and EM.
They will contribute to customer workshops, prepare functional specifications, and conduct tests for configured business scenarios.
Responsibilities also include preparing new SAP systems for go-live and supporting new transportation processes during the stabilization period.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in transportation management and logistics, with proficiency in at least three full-cycle SAP TM implementations.
Strong system configuration skills are essential.
A certification in SAP TM is advantageous.
Basic knowledge of the SAP Digital Supply Chain suite and competitor solutions is required.
Candidates must excel in translating business requirements into technology solutions and have experience in pre-sales support and project proposal creation.
Effective solution design experience and the ability to implement end-to-end solutions in the supply chain execution area are necessary.
Strong team and communication skills, along with experience in managing and mentoring junior consultants, are important.
Applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to Mexico City or Guadalajara.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, and fluency in English is essential.
