The company is seeking an SAP Test Manager/SAP Bug Hunter to join their team in Austria, Germany, or Switzerland.
The role involves collaborating with SAP experts and test teams to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP systems.
Key responsibilities include leading QA developer teams, defining test strategies, improving test coverage, conducting exploratory tests, and managing quality assurance.
The candidate will also be responsible for creating, investigating, and managing bug reports to prioritize and resolve issues promptly.
Applicants must have a completed IT technical education and a minimum of five years of experience in testing, test automation, and test management within the SAP domain.
Proficiency in the Tricentis Suite, including Tosca, qTest, Neoload, and TTA, as well as SAP, is required.
Candidates should have a proven track record in test automation, test framework creation, and test tool integration.
Strong risk management skills and the ability to identify potential problems early are essential.
Fluency in German and certifications such as ISTQB CTAL Test Manager or higher are mandatory.
Experience with best practices, methods, and tools in test automation and management, such as Xray, Jira, and Confluence, is also required.
