P&A Solutions, a leading SAP partner in IT consulting and business process services, is seeking recent graduates for its SAP Technology Trainee program.
The company aims to train candidates in system management within its SAP Technology competence center.
Trainees will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to innovative projects.
Key responsibilities include innovating traditional business processes with SAP technologies, managing complex SAP system architectures, designing flexible and scalable infrastructures, and leading digital transformation processes.
The training objectives cover SAP system architecture, system monitoring, troubleshooting, code change management, batch scheduling, Oracle and HANA database administration, SAP system maintenance, and installation.
The position is based in Milan, Rome, or Naples, with a combination of smart working and on-site full-time work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The company offers a six-month paid internship with training from SAP professionals and the possibility of permanent employment upon successful completion.
Candidates will work on real projects with prominent companies.
Preferred qualifications include a degree in technical-scientific disciplines such as Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Statistics.
Candidates should have foundational knowledge in IT (OS, Networks, Databases), a passion for emerging IT technologies, analytical and problem-solving skills, strong teamwork abilities, and a desire to learn and grow professionally.
