They will provide guidance and coaching to junior resources and ensure cooperation between technical and functional consultants.
The role requires interfacing with various stakeholders and performing ABAP FRICE estimation and project QA.
The candidate should have strong ABAP project management experience and development skills in custom enhancements, interfaces, reports, and transactions.
They will create technical documentation, participate in design and testing, and consult on SAP-related technical matters.
The candidate should maintain internal SAP technical demonstration systems and stay current with SAP technology advancements.
The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of SAP technical experience, including leading development teams on at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
They should have S/4 HANA experience, solid ABAP technical knowledge, and the ability to mentor team members.
The candidate should be familiar with evolving SAP technologies and willing to learn new ones.
Experience with modern SAP technologies, Agile methodology, and public cloud projects is a plus.
