The company is seeking a SuccessFactors Talent & Recruiting Technical Consultant to join its team in Munich.
The role involves implementing, configuring, and administering SAP SuccessFactors Talent modules, including Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, and Compensation Management.
The consultant will provide expert advice on HR processes and ensure seamless technical and functional implementation.
Key responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, identifying gaps, and recommending best practices.
The consultant will lead projects from scoping to deployment and conduct training sessions and workshops.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience as a consultant in SuccessFactors Talent Management.
Proven experience in SuccessFactors Performance & Goals and Succession Management is required.
Knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a focus on Talent Management, is essential.
Experience with platform features, integration, reporting, and analytics is a plus.
Fluency in German and English is required.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary.
