Nagarro is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior/Lead Consultant specializing in Performance & Talent Management.
The role involves implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors projects, focusing on Performance & Goals, with optional involvement in Succession, Compensation, or Variable Pay.
The consultant will analyze customer needs, develop implementation strategies, and support projects from initial workshops through to post-go-live.
Responsibilities include conducting customer workshops, user training, and participating in presales activities like system demos and offer preparation.
The consultant will manage the Performance & Goals module and contribute to team development.
Senior Consultants will also handle partial project management for smaller teams on-site.
Candidates should have a completed university degree, several years of relevant experience, and current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals, with optional certifications in other modules.
They must understand business and IT processes within SAP SuccessFactors and have experience in project management and consulting methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills, communication, and teamwork abilities are essential.
Fluency in business German and English is required.
