The company is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior/Lead Consultant specializing in the Employee Central module.
This full-time role can be based at one of the company’s locations or remotely throughout Germany.

They will provide expert guidance on best practices and solution architecture within the Employee Central module.

The consultant will also lead and mentor project team members, conduct workshops, and assist in pre-sales activities.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, focusing on the Employee Central module.
An in-depth understanding of HR processes and strong analytical skills are required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
A minimum of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Application Associate certification is required, with professional certification being desirable.
