The company is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to join their team remotely.
The role involves assisting customers with consulting and implementation needs for SAP SuccessFactors.
Key responsibilities include leading customers through the implementation process, conducting requirements gathering, performing system demonstrations, and leading workshops.
The consultant will also handle system configuration, create functional specifications, oversee custom development, and document requirements.
Additional duties include unit testing, supporting testing efforts, resolving issues, performing cutover activities, and providing training and post-go-live support.
The consultant will also conduct system reviews, develop strategic roadmaps, address production support tickets, and support business development and pre-sales activities.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for HR, talent management, and SAP technology transformations.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential.
The candidate should be able to work independently, handle ambiguity, and lead teams.
A keen attention to detail and the ability to generate new ideas are important.
Required qualifications include 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Compensation & Variable Pay, active certification in one of these modules, and a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
US citizenship or work authorization is required, along with the ability to travel as needed.
