The consultant will provide expert advice to clients, including related modules and systems, and lead workshops to gather requirements.
They will develop implementation concepts and execute client requirements within the system.
Staying updated on new SAP SuccessFactors releases and advising clients proactively is also required.
Experience with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules or a willingness to expand knowledge is preferred.
Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.
A minimum of three years of relevant professional and project experience in the SAP SuccessFactors Suite is required.
Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
