Candidates should have experience in consulting and implementing SAP SuccessFactors projects, with certifications in relevant modules being advantageous.
A comprehensive understanding of module interactions from an HR perspective is required.
Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Work Zone is a plus.
Existing customer relationships are beneficial.
Fluency in German and English is essential.
