The company is seeking a bilingual (French/English) Manager or Principal Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to join their HR technology practice in Toronto.
The role involves leading complex implementations, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering impactful solutions.
The candidate will guide clients through the entire SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central project lifecycle, from strategy to post-deployment optimization.
Key responsibilities include client leadership and strategy, implementation and integration, solution ownership and innovation, program delivery and coordination, team leadership, and change management and adoption.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and experience in team leadership and coaching.
Proficiency in data migration, system configuration, and integration is required, along with excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written, is essential.
Required qualifications include a university degree in computer science, information technology, HR, or business administration, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR technology consulting with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
The candidate should demonstrate the ability to lead end-to-end implementations, possess strong executive presence, and have facilitation skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in complex environments is also necessary.
Additional assets include SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and experience with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Compensation, Talent, Learning, and Recruiting, as well as knowledge of SAP HCM or WorkForce Software.
