The company is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Consultant for a position based in Melbourne.

The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert in Employee Central Payroll, providing integration expertise and configuring time and leave management systems.
Responsibilities include integrating payroll posting journals with finance systems, configuring schemas and rules, troubleshooting issues, and guiding functional teams to meet business requirements.
The role also involves contributing to weekly reporting and ensuring compliance with project tasks.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience as an SAP HR/Payroll Functional Lead, with 4-5 years of hands-on configuration experience in SAP HR and Payroll.
Expertise in solution design within the SAP HR/Payroll landscape is essential, along with strong functional and technical skills.
Excellent communication skills are required to convey complex concepts clearly.
Experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling SAP technical teams is necessary, with remote/offshore team experience being a plus.
Certifications in SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Payroll are highly desirable.
Knowledge of People Analytics, BTP landscape, and integrations is beneficial.
