The company is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join its EY GDS Consulting Services team in Malaga, Spain.

The role focuses on delivering IT solutions for major market players in the EMEA region.

The consultant will work with SAP solutions in Human Resources, including SuccessFactors and HCM implementations.

Responsibilities include providing business advisory services, implementing processes in various environments, and managing project quality.

The consultant will support clients in selecting business solutions and participate in advisory projects and post-implementation reviews.

Candidates must have over four years of experience in SAP HR systems implementations and hold a SAP SF EC plus COMP certificate.

Knowledge of SAP HCM is advantageous.

An understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management in global organizations is required.

The role involves translating business requirements into system configurations and creating solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management.

Proficiency in data models, XML, and system configuration is necessary.

Candidates should have experience in test case preparation and execution, and knowledge of MDF, foundation objects, and business rules.

A higher education degree and excellent English communication skills are essential.

Additional language skills, such as German, are beneficial.
