EPI-USE Canada is seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), and Employee Central (EC).

The consultant will configure, implement, and support these SuccessFactors solutions.

They will provide expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) to ensure seamless integration and system optimization.

The role involves collaborating with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

The consultant will perform system configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet business requirements.

They will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SuccessFactors modules, ensuring system stability and efficiency.

Providing end-user training and documentation to ensure effective platform utilization is also required.

The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to continuously improve HR processes and system functionalities.

Staying updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, new features, and industry trends is essential for driving continuous improvement.

Candidates must have SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Recruiting, EC, and ONB 2.0.

Proven experience as a SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong focus on Recruiting, ONB 2.0, and Employee Central (EC) is required.

Hands-on expertise in LMS and PMGM is necessary.

Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configuration, implementation, and support is essential.

The ability to analyze business processes, design workflows, and provide system recommendations is needed.

Experience in integrations with other HR systems and third-party tools is required.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
