Capgemini is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for its Lisbon team.
The role involves resolving complex functional and technical issues with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document opportunities and problems.
Responsibilities include managing system configuration, creating documentation, and delivering training related to feature and process changes.
The consultant will also participate in designing enhancements and improving operational efficiency.
Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and over three years of experience implementing the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
At least two SAP SF EC implementations are required.
Experience with Time Off, Time-sheet, and knowledge of Payroll (PY) are advantageous.
SAP SF Employee Central Certification is mandatory.
Familiarity with Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA) is beneficial.
The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and fluency in English.
