The company is seeking an SAP Solutioning Sales Director to drive sales of SAP solutions in the Netherlands and Belgium region.

The role involves understanding client requirements, articulating the value of SAP offerings, and aligning solutions with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing the SAP order book, engaging with CXOs, building strong customer relationships, and developing business development plans.

The candidate will work with globally distributed teams to shape opportunities and lead end-to-end solution development.

Excellent customer interface skills and the ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment are essential.

Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years in solutioning, selling, or closing deals in IT services and consulting, with at least 10 years in selling SAP services.

Experience in S/4HANA transformations, SAP LoB solutions, and public cloud IT transformation is preferred.

A strong understanding of SAP solutions across industries and experience in a large consulting or SI organization is required.

The candidate should have led SAP pre-sales or sales cycles and have a record of achieving sales quotas.

Experience in the consumer and manufacturing industry segments is advantageous.

Prior experience in a collaborative, matrixed environment or with a global delivery model-based IT services company is beneficial.
