The company is seeking an SAP Solution Manager specializing in SAP Data Migration to join their consulting team in Leipzig.
The role involves guiding international clients through complex SAP transformations, focusing on ERP system migrations to S/4 HANA On-Premises and Cloud.
The candidate will participate in all project phases, from planning to execution, and contribute to the growth of the Technology Center.
Key responsibilities include developing tailored solutions, planning and implementing data harmonization, consolidation, and migration projects, and advancing SAP S/4 HANA expertise within the team.
The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including onsite and offshore members, and offers opportunities for taking responsibility in sub-projects.
Candidates should have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, (Industrial) Engineering, or Computer Science, with at least four years of experience.
Practical knowledge in data migration tools such as SAP DM<, LSMW, or SAP Data Services, and proficiency in at least one SAP ECC module are essential.
A minimum of four years of ABAP development experience, along with experience in S/4 HANA Conversion or Greenfield projects, is required.
Ideal candidates will have knowledge of the SAP IS-U data model, strong presentation skills, and experience leading international project teams.
Fluency in German and English, along with a willingness to travel, is necessary.
