Candidates should have over 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation, with expert knowledge in SAP PA, PY, and PT modules, including customizing, schemas, and rules.
Strong skills in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central configuration, are required.
Applicants should possess a high level of analytical thinking, abstraction, and structuring abilities, along with modern methodological knowledge.
A degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field is preferred, though career changers with relevant experience are welcome.
Experience in presales, customer/project acquisition, and project management is essential.
