Over ten years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting and implementation is required, with expertise in modules such as SAP PA, PY, and PT.
Strong analytical and abstraction skills, modern methodological knowledge, and good structuring abilities are essential.
Proficiency in multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules, especially Employee Central, is needed.
Experience in presales, customer acquisition, and project management is important.
Candidates should possess extensive and current industry knowledge, confident communication skills, and a strong service orientation.
Fluency in English is required.
