The company is seeking an experienced SAP Service Manager for a full-time position in Amsterdam.
The role involves acting as a key link between business, IT, and external partners to ensure the continuity, quality, and governance of SAP service delivery.
The candidate will oversee service delivery, manage change and release processes, and guide clients through transformations towards future-ready SAP solutions.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and optimizing SAP service delivery, managing changes, releases, and incident processes in line with ITIL best practices, and ensuring transparent communication with business and senior stakeholders.
The role also involves supporting projects and transitions using Agile/Scrum methodologies, defining and improving service levels (SLAs) and KPIs, and driving change management for smooth adoption of new solutions.
The candidate will identify improvement opportunities and translate them into concrete actions and roadmaps, acting as the central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors.
The successful candidate will work within the Technology group, collaborating with an international team of SAP experts, architects, and project managers.
The role requires a focus on both operational excellence and strategic direction.
Proficiency in Dutch is required for this position.
