YemPover Inc, a leader in digital transformation and consulting, is seeking an SAP Service Management / Warranty Management Consultant for a contract position in Fremont, California.
The role involves managing and analyzing business processes, providing consulting services, maintaining master data, and handling SAP FICO tasks.
Candidates should have over 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 4 years in Service Management and Warranty Management.
Expertise in configuring service notifications, service orders, warranty claims, and returns processing is required.
A strong understanding of integration with logistics and finance components is essential.
Experience with S/4HANA Service Management or SAP Customer Service modules is necessary.
Exposure to SAP CRM Service or SAP FSM is a plus.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, client-facing, and documentation skills.
SAP Certification in Service Management or S/4HANA Service is required.
Experience with automotive, manufacturing, or industrial clients is preferred.
Familiarity with Vehicle Management System (VMS) and knowledge of SAP BRIM or Service Cloud are advantageous.
