Familiarity with life sciences industry terms like GxP Compliance is required, along with a passion for shaping future processes in discrete manufacturing and process industries within regulated environments.
The candidate will implement client requirements in SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (PP/PP-PI) and stay updated on new technology potentials while considering regulatory frameworks.
Candidates should have significant experience as an in-house consultant or key user, with 3 to 5 years in the SAP environment, focusing on Manufacturing in SAP ERP, including at least 2 years with SAP S/4HANA.
Expertise in discrete manufacturing (PP) and process industries (PP-PI) is essential, with a willingness to develop further in these areas.
Experience in regulated environments and integration with Line-of-Business solutions like MES or LIMS systems is desirable.
Participation in at least one completed S/4HANA transformation project, ideally as a sub-project leader in manufacturing, is required.
The role demands strong analytical skills, a proactive work style, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English.
Willingness to travel for projects, including occasional international trips, is necessary.
